Pilates


Pilates, a mind-body approach to total fitness, combines concentration, breath, precision, flowing movement and a strong core . The exercises are performed both on a mat and on equipment utilizing spring resistance. There are approximately 500 exercises in the Pilates system. A certified Pilates teacher will help you to get the greatest benefits from the Pilates work. Rebecca Gorrell and John White demonstrate teaching and performing some Pilates exercises.
